IFEMA lists Salón Gourmets 2027 for 26 to 29 April and describes the fair as a meeting point for restaurant, hotel, distribution, catering and specialist retail professionals. It says 39 editions have been held.
Themed areas include a Wine Tunnel, an olive oil tunnel and a cheese tunnel with the Cheese from Spain Awards, plus an Innovation Area, an organic exhibition area and children's workshops.
