The fair's own site gives 2 to 4 November 2026 and places it in Pabellon 1 at the Gran Via site in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. Opening hours are 10:00 to 19:00 on 2 and 3 November and 10:00 to 18:00 on 4 November.
The 2026 theme is revisiting tradition. The programme combines showcookings, talks and live demonstrations by chefs, with themed spaces such as Forum Lab and a sustainable food classroom.
